To ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition, all orders from our Fine Chocolate Shop ship on Monday or Tuesday to minimize the time they might sit at a post office.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our premium chocolate treats; however, please be aware that free shipping does not include a cold pack and can take up to five days to ship from our chocolate shop in Ohio. During this time, chocolate shipped through warm weather conditions (above 70°F) is at risk of melting.

To protect your chocolate from melting, we highly recommend choosing our premium shipping option at checkout, which includes a cold pack to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. This premium option is available at an additional cost.

Please note that we will not reimburse or refund any orders for melted chocolate if free shipping is selected. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the premium shipping option if there is any risk of warm weather during transit.
